Another artwork from a driftwood trove. This piece of teakwood is likely from the fishing boat rib and gave the perfect home for this mink whale. They are hunted from a few countries, likely Japan. It is believed that there are some 500.000 mink whales living in all the oceans. |

This is another kind of penguin. I combined ebony wood with white teak wood. The result looks much more like a living penguin. He sits in a wreck part of an Indonesian fishing boat.The frontside shows you this bird in cold, nice living conditions, while the rear side (zoom) gives you an idea about the sad future of these animals. |
